SPEK Eyewear Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our standard MOQ is 12 pairs per order. This helps maintain consistency and sustainable production volumes.

2. Pricing & RRP

All wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT. We recommend a minimum retail price (RRP) of Rxxx to uphold brand value across stockists.

3. Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full upfront before dispatch unless otherwise arranged in writing. Invoices must be settled within 7 days of issue.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is charged at a flat rate or quoted based on order size and location. We are not responsible for courier delays or damages after dispatch.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or damages, reported within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges of unsold stock are not accepted.

6. Display Stand Rental & Return

We provide a branded SPEK Eyewear display stand to elevate your in-store experience.

SPEK Display Stand Terms

To ensure SPEK Eyewear is showcased consistently and attractively across all our stockists, we provide branded display stands under the following terms:

Display Stand Commitment Fee – R280

• A once-off R280 fee is required as a commitment and rental for the use of the SPEK display stand.
• This helps ensure the stand is used exclusively for SPEK sunglasses, kept in good condition, and displayed prominently in your store.
• This fee is non-refundable.

Exclusive Use

• The stand is provided strictly for SPEK Eyewear products only.
• No other brands may be displayed on, in, or around the SPEK stand.

Replacement Policy

• If the stand is damaged, a replacement fee of R395 will be charged.
• Normal wear and tear is acceptable, but deliberate damage, misuse, or modification is not permitted.

End of Stockist Relationship

• If you stop stocking SPEK products, the stand must be returned to us within 14 days, in reasonable condition.
• Return delivery is at your cost.
• If the stand is not returned or is returned damaged, the R395 replacement fee will be applied.

7. Brand Presentation

We ask that stockists maintain clean, intentional visual presentation of the brand. We may request adjustments if displays or promotions do not reflect our values.

8. Exclusivity

We may offer area-based exclusivity to stockists who meet consistent order volumes. This is evaluated individually and at our discretion.

9. Termination

SPEK reserves the right to end a wholesale relationship at any time if terms are violated, payments are delayed, or brand alignment is compromised.

10. Agreement

By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
